The owners, Pat and Stella Perham, have built a very successful new home construction business, building hundreds of homes in and around Mount Pearl and St. John's. Some of Perham Homes subdivisions include Pearlgate Terrace, Pearlgate East and Kenmount Heights, and has constructed homes in Southlands, and more recently in Kenmount Terrace, Phases 1-5. Phase 7 of Kenmount Terrace will be starting soon.
